McKean
is seeking an experienced Proposal Leader. The ideal candidate has experience
with engineering services technical bids, acting as a section lead and/or
proposal manager for the past five years. This is an ideal position for a
candidate who wants to help shape the proposal development processes and tools
McKean will use as the company grows and standardizes this effort.
Responsibilities are:

Refine technical proposal processes
to be used company wide
·
Act as technical proposal manager
for all strategic bids
·
Establish training for proposal
writers
·
Mentor new proposal managers
·
Identify and implement improvements
to McKean’s proposal repository
·
Required Skills
·
This position requires 5-7 years of
direct proposal coordination or proposal management experience, and a Bachelor’s
degree. Experience with Navy customers and engineering services bids is
strongly preferred. Recent experience in developing responses to
SeaPort-e bids is a plus.
